Our Reed Fragrance Diffusers come in an attractive heavy glass bottle that looks good in any decor and are sold with 10 rattan reeds. Simply place the reeds in the bottle of oils and in 24-48 hours, the reeds will wick the oils up and release the fragrance into your room. If the fragrance is too strong, simply take out a portion of the reeds....if it's not strong enough, flip the reeds over. It works just like a scented candle but without a flame or smoke, hence it's much safer and lasts at least 6 months.
The best part is you can design the fragrance yourself. We make these to order and you can choose a scent from any one on our list of Essential or Fragrance oils. (or a combination thereof) As you can see from the picture below, I keep mine on my windowsill, but they look nice just about anywhere.
I found a unique use for the reed diffusers. I made one in our Quit Bugging Me lotion bar fragrance, which is Citronella, Lemongrass, and Rosemary which are natural insect repellants and placed it on our deck instead of the Citronella candles we always used. It works even better than the candles and there's no need to burn anything so it's much safer to use. Needless to say, I threw the candles out...the diffuser is so much easier. Also, since I only use it 3-4 months of the year, it lasts more than one season. Just put the top back on and store it thru winter and you're ready to go next season.
